Train with Tri
I grew up playing sports and staying active, from gymnastics, hockey, and baseball to competing in bodybuilding and CrossFit. Today, I'm continuing to challenge myself as I train for a powerlifting competition. Movement has always been a huge part of my life, but over the years, it has become so much more than just fitness. It has become a foundation for my recovery, my mental health, and the person I am today.
I'm proud to be 10 years sober from drugs and 4 years sober from alcohol. My journey through substance abuse and recovery has taught me that rebuilding your life takes patience, resilience, consistency, and a willingness to keep showing up for yourself. I genuinely believe that physical activity and movement can play an incredibly powerful role in that process. I know that I would not be where I am today without it, and I want to help others discover that same sense of strength, purpose, and empowerment.
Living with hypermobility has also deeply shaped my approach to fitness and coaching. I've learned firsthand that being hypermobile can come with unique challenges, and that building strength, stability, body awareness, and confidence is about so much more than lifting heavier weights or looking a certain way. It's about learning to work with your body, not against it. Hypermobility is not a death sentence, and it does not have to prevent you from living an active, fulfilling, and incredible life. With the right approach, education, and support, you can build strength, trust your body, and discover what you're capable of.
These experiences are at the heart of why I do what I do. I'm passionate about helping women, especially those navigating hypermobility, rebuild their confidence, develop a healthier relationship with movement, and recognize their own strength, both physically and mentally.
Whether you're recovering from addiction, learning to navigate your body, starting your fitness journey, or simply looking for something that makes you feel stronger and more like yourself, I want to help you find movement that feels empowering and sustainable.
Fitness gave me a way to rebuild my life, and I want to help you discover what movement can do for yours. You don't need to be perfect, and you don't need to have everything figured out. You just need a place to start. Together, we can build strength, confidence, and habits that support you in living your absolute best life.
